Last night, Russians once again attacked the Kyiv region using drones. The regional air defense system was operational, and several enemy targets were shot down.
This was reported by the head of the Kyiv police, Ruslan Kravchenko, according to RBK-Ukraine citing the press service of the OVA.
There were no hits on residential or critical infrastructure, and there are no casualties among the civilian population.
However, as a result of debris falling in one of the areas, a private house was damaged: windows were shattered and the surrounding area was affected. Additionally, there was a small fire in the grass cover, which was quickly extinguished.
Emergency services continue to operate on-site, documenting the aftermath of the attack. An air alert is still in effect in the region, and residents are advised to remain in shelters.
For several nights, Russians have been attacking Ukrainian territory with drones.
On October 27, the Russians launched another large-scale attack on Ukraine, utilizing Shahed-type kamikaze drones. Air alerts have been issued in many regions, and air defense forces are working to protect the area.
Last night, the military neutralized 80 strike drones that targeted Ukrainian territories throughout the night.
