The "Nadezhda" Foundation and Valery Dubil provided military equipment and electronic warfare systems to the GUR.

REB systems featuring immersion cooling, temperature regulation, and high power, Swiss devices for the indirect heart apparatus Easy Pulse, state-of-the-art Starlinks, powerful generators, and technological backpacks—volunteers from the Charity Foundation for Youth Initiatives "Hope," in collaboration with partners, delivered these resources to Ukraine yesterday, led by Kyrylo Budanov.

It's no secret that the enemy is rapidly advancing. The combat tactics of the Russian troops are cunning and ruthless. The EW systems we provided allow us to counter enemy drones over a broader distance — they disrupt the signal transmitted by satellites, and the UAVs no longer know where to fly,” emphasized Valery Dubil.

The Hope Charity Foundation, along with its partners, consistently delivers valuable supplies to various units of the GUR and defense forces — including off-road vehicles, EW systems, FPV drones, Starlinks, "moviks," charging stations, and thermal imagers. All these items contribute to the fulfillment of combat tasks in the hottest areas of the front.

“I genuinely believe in Ukraine's victory and am doing everything possible to support our defenders. Together with like-minded individuals, we systematically deliver aid to the front line. Recently, we implemented a humanitarian program in Donbas. The mission of 'Hope' is to save lives. That’s why we are here today at the GUR with valuable supplies. The EW systems and everything we have provided will assist our military,” noted Valery Dubil, the First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Health Issues, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Hope Charity Foundation.

Humanitarian supplies aimed at enhancing the country's defense capabilities were gathered with the help of donors: Vladlen Nikitin and UkrAviakosTech, Alexey Omelyanenko, Igor Korzh, Roman Bochkala, Alexey Yurenko, LLC Pozhmashina, Svyatoslav Nechiporenko and EDG Group, Alexander and Galina Gerеги and Epicenter, Igor Kucherenko, Yulia Bohatyreva and ArtBlanche, Oleg Boychuk, and others.

The Hope Charity Foundation has been supporting vulnerable populations for 26 years: since the beginning of the full-scale invasion by the Russian Federation, the 'Hope' Foundation has been providing critical medical supplies and promptly addressing the needs of the military with equipment, while also supporting IDPs and those in distress.
