Medics from the "Omega" special forces are rescuing their comrades under fire and operating on the front lines.

Medics from the "Omega" Special Operations Center frequently find themselves at the forefront of combat operations.
Медики "Омеги" рискуют жизнью, спасая своих товарищей под огнем, выполняя свою работу на передовой.

They not only carry out complex combat missions but also save the lives of their comrades by providing medical assistance directly in active fire zones and evacuating the wounded from under fire.

The senior paramedic instructor of the medical group from the separate unit "Wings of Omega," Sergeant with the call sign Bleach, shared his experience and explained that medical work in such conditions requires not only knowledge of first aid but also physical endurance and psychological resilience. According to him, during missions, a medic can be both a doctor and a shooter, as the situation in combat can change in an instant, and a medic must be prepared to tackle any task.

"You never know if you'll be a shooter or a medic on a mission," says Bleach. This emphasizes the versatility and mobility of medical units that not only provide first aid but also actively participate in combat operations. In their work, there is often no room for pauses or reflection — they must act quickly and decisively to preserve the lives and health of their comrades.

The medics of the CSP "Omega" carry not only first aid kits but also ammunition, bulletproof vests, backpacks, and enough tourniquets to assist not only themselves but also those in need of evacuation from the battlefield. Bleach recalls instances when he had to carry such a load that it exceeded his own weight. This highlights the necessity of being constantly prepared for any situation at the front.

"Adrenaline can be both your ally and your enemy, depending on how you work with it. Sometimes it comes in handy, allowing you to perform superhuman feats," explains the sergeant. The real challenge for medics lies not only in the physical strain but also in their ability to remain calm in critical situations. In moments of extreme stress, it is adrenaline that can help muster the last reserves of strength to save a life.

The courage and endurance of these heroes on the front line are essential for the successful completion of their missions. The medics of "Omega" are not just doctors; they are true warriors, ready to fight not only against the enemy but also against all the hardships that war brings.
