Yulia Tymoshenko: Hundreds of laws undermining Ukraine's national interests have been passed during the war.

Ultimately, these criminal decisions continued to be made. We will not stop and will appeal them to the Constitutional Court and law enforcement agencies. We will engage the wider public and draw the attention of Ukrainians to the crimes that the current authorities commit daily against their own people.

The leader of the "Batkivshchyna" party spoke about the authorities' intention to deprive Ukraine of its future and ways to halt this process in her recent video on her YouTube channel.

“In the three years of war, the government has adopted and signed hundreds of laws, decrees, and resolutions. A significant portion of them is far from being about the war or achieving victory,” notes Yulia Tymoshenko.

According to her, the Ukrainian government, together with international organizations, is implementing a strategy to turn Ukraine into a “raw materials appendage of Europe.” She explains that neither the country's authorities nor international partners are interested in the development and progress of Ukraine; their goal is to extract as much profit as possible from the raw materials that can be taken cheaply or through another loan.

“I support broad international cooperation on mutually beneficial terms. No one is allowed to dismantle Ukraine for parts under the guise of war. This is not permitted, including by our Western friends. Ukraine has not promised to surrender or completely sell itself for international loans,” emphasized the leader of "Batkivshchyna."

She once again highlighted the devastating consequences for Ukraine from the laws on the sale of land, minerals, resources, and strategically important deposits that were passed by the managed monoblock under pressure from international lobbyists. Yulia Tymoshenko also reminded that she and her team will appeal to the Constitutional Court against unconstitutional laws that deprive Ukraine of sovereignty and the Ukrainian people of their natural wealth, resources, and the right to determine their own future.

“We need to stand together, we need to fight publicly, and I will be grateful to each of you who can suggest clear and effective actions for restoring the power and glory of our state, our Ukraine,” called Yulia Tymoshenko.

In her opinion, only the unification of all patriotic forces will guarantee Ukraine's restoration of its strength. Among the top priorities, the leader of "Batkivshchyna" named the repeal of all unconstitutional laws and criminal decisions, as well as holding accountable all those responsible for this. Additionally, she considers it important to establish updated democratic rules for life within the framework of a new Social Contract and Constitution.
