Starting February 1, the fare for public transportation in occupied Luhansk will increase to 40 rubles. However, the city essentially lacks operational public transport due to a destroyed vehicle fleet and a shortage of drivers.

Starting February 1, the fare for public transportation in the temporarily occupied Luhansk will be 40 Russian rubles. This is reported by the Center for National Resistance, as stated by UNN.
It is noted that the lack of a schedule or sufficient transportation options is a minor inconvenience. The vehicle fleet has been destroyed, making it simply dangerous to travel by city buses.
