Occupiers are increasing public transport fares in occupied Luhansk, sparking resistance among locals.

Starting February 1, the fare for public transportation in occupied Luhansk will increase to 40 rubles. However, the city essentially lacks operational public transport due to a destroyed vehicle fleet and a shortage of drivers.

It is noted that the lack of a schedule or sufficient transportation options is a minor inconvenience. The vehicle fleet has been destroyed, making it simply dangerous to travel by city buses.
