AI and the new horizons of Ukrainian business: Key insights from Forbes Tech 2024.

The participants of this year's Forbes Tech included representatives from various industries, such as pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, energy, and IT. The speakers for the thematic panels and discussions consisted of 57 founders and leaders of prominent companies, innovation leaders, and investors.

Among them were Leonid Polupan, head of Microsoft in Ukraine and the Baltic States, Anna Shcherbakova, Vice President and COO of GlobalLogic Ukraine, Vitaliy Sedler, co-founder and CEO of Intellias, Maksym Balanyuk, head of the R&D Center at Metinvest Digital, CEO of Vodafone Olga Ustinova, and others.

One of the key speeches at the event was delivered by the Deputy Prime Minister for Innovations, Education, Science, and Technology, and Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov, who discussed enhancing team efficiency through the implementation of OKR — a goal-setting system.

The impact of technology on business processes and how companies can prepare for changes in consumer behavior and markets was discussed by Tatyana Lukinyuk, head of Google in Ukraine, Alexander Fedorov, CEO and Founder of OBRIO, Yevgeny Vygman, co-founder and COO of Appflame, Yekaterina Kruk, head of public policy at Meta for Central and Eastern Europe, and Marina Pavliuk, General Director of Glovo in Ukraine, among others.

Forbes Tech in 2024 brought together over 400 participants, creating a unique platform for experience exchange among leaders in the tech sector. Among the participants and partners was the Ukrainian IT company FAVBET Tech. The company's CEO Artem Skripnik served as the moderator for the discussion panel: “ChatGPT – two years. How have the use cases of Ukrainian companies evolved?”. Together with other participants, he discussed the impact of artificial intelligence on modern business: from automating routine processes to developing new products and personalized solutions for clients.
