The flames engulfed the upper floors of a multi-story residential building. All emergency services are currently working at the scene - rescuers, law enforcement, and medical personnel.
Evacuations of residents from the building are underway; however, according to the rescuers, there have been no reports of injuries to medical services so far. Ambulance crews are on standby at the site.
The attack on the capital continues, so residents are urged to remain in shelters and not to go outside unless absolutely necessary.
