From December 20 to 26, 2024, territorial and interregional bodies of the State Ecological Inspection of Ukraine conducted 400 control measures and drew up 272 protocols for administrative offenses.
The total amount of imposed fines is 38 thousand UAH.

Dnipropetrovsk Region
The Dnipropetrovsk District Inspection calculated losses and filed a claim against LLC "Ukrainian Pipe Plant" for 11 million 656 thousand 737 UAH for excessive emissions without a permit for pollutant emissions into the atmosphere. A statement regarding the commission of a criminal offense has been sent to the Investigative Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk Region.
Transcarpathian Region
The inspection in Transcarpathian Region calculated losses and filed a claim against the State Enterprise "Production Directorate for the Liquidation of the Solotvyno Salt Mine" for 3 million 13 thousand 744 UAH for the contamination of a land plot located in the urban-type settlement of Solotvyno in the Tyachiv district with household waste. Materials have been forwarded to the Main Directorate of the National Police in Transcarpathian Region.
Zaporizhzhia Region
The Southern District Inspection calculated losses amounting to 510 thousand 739 UAH for illegal occupations, specifically the plowing of a land plot by unidentified individuals in the ravine near the E105 highway between the villages of Ternivka and Velykodubovo in the Petro-Mykhailivka united territorial community of Zaporizhzhia district. Materials have been sent to the Main Directorate of the National Police in Zaporizhzhia Region and the Zaporizhzhia Regional Prosecutor's Office.
Kirovohrad Region
The Dnipropetrovsk District Inspection conducted calculations of losses and filed 2 claims against the Petrovskiy Village Council for a total of 1 million 261 thousand 365 UAH for the placement of unauthorized landfills in the territory of the Oleksandriya district.
