The United Kingdom has implemented the largest sanctions package against Russia's "shadow fleet." Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting with the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi.

According to sources from RBK-Ukraine in military intelligence, the drone attack on the oil depot in the Kaluga region of the Russian Federation was a special operation by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
At around 00:30 on November 25, a series of explosions occurred at the site due to kamikaze drone strikes, and a fire broke out. Eyewitness videos show the failed attempts of Russian air defense to repel the UAV attack, but Ukrainian drones hit the hostile target one after another, leading to extensive destruction.
During his presidential campaign, elected U.S. President Donald Trump stated that he could end the war in Ukraine within 24 hours. One of the key reasons for such a move he cites is the unwillingness of the U.S. to continue funding military and economic assistance to Ukraine.
At that time, Trump hinted that with financial support from Europe, possibly by utilizing the frozen Russian currency reserves amounting to $300 billion, he could negotiate favorable terms for ending the conflict with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
The War&Sanctions portal has released a list of foreign-manufactured components found in North Korean ballistic missiles KN-23/KN-24. At least one of them – a voltage converter marked by British manufacturer XP Power – was produced in February 2023, after the onset of the full-scale invasion.
In 2024, Ukraine is expected to see a real economic growth of about 3%. The trend of recovery continues after Ukraine's economy contracted by approximately 29 percent in 2022, followed by a real economic growth of 5 percent in 2023.
At the same time, the IMF predicts an average annual inflation rate of 5.8% in 2024, which is lower than the peak of around 20% in 2022.
"A lengthy discussion, all key areas. First of all, Donetsk region. The Kurakhove direction is the most challenging right now. We are working to strengthen our positions. In the Zaporizhzhia direction, we see threats; our Ukrainian Defense Forces are controlling the situation," he noted.
In the Kursk direction, Ukrainian warriors are defending positions and inflicting significant losses on the Russian army.
"Our task is to maximize the destruction of Russian potential at the borders," the president stated.
The United Kingdom has imposed sanctions on 30 vessels from the so-called "shadow fleet" of Russia, which was involved in transporting oil and petroleum products worth billions of pounds. This is the most extensive package of sanctions aimed at limiting the Kremlin's ability to finance the war in Ukraine.
NATO Military Committee Chairman Admiral Rob Bauer stated that the Russian ground forces are now larger than during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. However, their quality has decreased since then.
"Currently, the Russians do not pose the same threat they did in February 2022, so we have a little time to prepare," he said.
One of the leaders of the striking farmers, Roman Kondrov, reported that Polish farmers have temporarily halted the blockade of border crossing points with Ukraine. However, protests may resume in December and will be much larger in scale.
"They can use ATACMS for self-defense in case of immediate necessity, and it is now clear that this is happening in Kursk and its surroundings," said White House National Security Communications Advisor John Kirby.
"We certainly know what to expect from NATO - it is traditional concern. But for us, the Ukraine-NATO Council is a platform that allows us to promptly inform our allies and receive operational information and their assessments of the situation, enabling us to form a comprehensive picture," the Deputy Prime Minister stated.
