As a result of today's missile strike by Russian occupiers on the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district of the Odesa region, a building belonging to an agricultural company has been damaged. There is one reported injury due to the enemy shelling.
This information was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the Telegram channel of the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration (OVA), Oleg Kiper.
According to him, the administrative building of the agricultural firm was damaged in the shelling.
"A 29-year-old man was injured. He is currently in the hospital in moderate condition, and our doctors are providing him with all necessary assistance," the head of the OGA reported.
The administration chief added that law enforcement has documented yet another crime by Russian invaders against the civilian population of the Odesa region.
It should be noted that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russian forces have regularly resorted to shelling Odesa and its surroundings. The enemy employs unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), ballistic missiles, guided aerial bombs (GABs), and more for their attacks.
Earlier, it was reported that in the early hours of December 31, terrorists launched yet another massive bombardment of Ukraine. Explosions were heard in Kyiv and in Shostka, Sumy region. Later, it became known that explosions occurred in Odesa during an air raid alert.
We also recall that at the end of November, Russian invaders carried out massive drone attacks on the Odesa region. The port infrastructure was targeted, resulting in casualties.
A similar attack occurred in early October when the Russian army targeted checkpoints and port infrastructure in the Odesa region with drones. The Izmail district was specifically hit, and there were also injuries.
