Russia is replenishing its losses and mobilizing reserves by enticing civilians to sign contracts, according to the Lugansk Territorial Defense Forces.

The Russian Federation is quickly replenishing its losses and drawing in reserves. This is happening due to civilians who are signing military contracts.

As reported by RBK-Ukraine, this was stated by the spokesperson for the operational-tactical group of troops "Lugansk," Anastasia Bobovnikova.

According to her, for many Russians, these contracts serve as "bait," which is why they agree to go to Ukraine.

"The enemy is rapidly replenishing losses and drawing in reserves. They are conducting an active campaign to recruit civilians for contracts, and many are accepting these offers, despite hearing repeatedly from prisoners of war that they have not received any payments," Bobovnikova said.

Total Losses of the RF Army

It should be noted that the Russian regime conceals the losses of its troops in the war against Ukraine. Russians also downplay the losses among private military companies involved in combat operations, as well as other paramilitary formations.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, over the past day, from December 20 to 21, Russia lost 1860 soldiers on the front. Additionally, Ukrainian forces destroyed 10 tanks, 32 artillery systems, and 98 units of automotive equipment.
