Russians launched a missile attack on the city center of Odesa. As a result of the attack, people were injured.
This was stated by the head of the Odesa regional military administration, Oleg Kiper, as reported by RBK-Ukraine referencing his message on Telegram.
"Russian terrorists carried out a missile attack on the city center of Odesa. There are casualties," he declared.
However, Kiper did not specify the number of injured.
Additionally, the missile attack by the Russian Federation damaged civilian infrastructure in Odesa, including residential buildings.

The first deputy head of the Odesa regional military administration, Alexander Kharov, stated that six people were injured as a result of the Russian attack. One person is in serious condition, and doctors are fighting for their life. Five others are in moderately serious condition.
He added that the attack resulted in damage to residential buildings, two educational institutions—a school and a university sports hall—with windows and doors blown out.

According to the State Emergency Service, the number of injured in Odesa has risen to 10. Five people were rescued.
The Russian attack damaged an inactive administrative building of a bank, eight residential buildings, and eight vehicles. An emergency response point has been established at the scene by the State Emergency Service.
Meanwhile, the Office of the Prosecutor General reported that Russians allegedly attacked Odesa with an Iskander-M ballistic missile.
Civilian infrastructure in the city center was damaged, including residential buildings, a medical facility, office spaces, retail establishments, and vehicles.

The head of the regional military administration reported that the number of injured as a result of the Russian missile attack has increased to 11.
"Assistance was provided to two individuals on-site. Eight injured remain hospitalized: one woman in serious condition, while the others are in moderately serious condition. Additionally, one injured person continues outpatient treatment," Kiper stated.

On November 18, Russian forces struck residential buildings in Odesa, leading to numerous civilian casualties.
Initially, reports indicated eight fatalities and 18 injuries. Subsequently, the death toll rose: 10 people were killed, and over 40 were injured.
Among the 11 deceased are seven police officers and a medical worker.
