Modern electronic warfare systems and signal amplification stations—BF "Nadezhda" and Valery Dubil—continue to support the Main Intelligence Directorate.

The charitable foundation for youth initiatives "Hope," led by Valery Dubil, the first deputy chairman of the parliamentary committee on national health, has provided the Main Intelligence Directorate with advanced radio-electronic equipment. This equipment will enhance the defense capabilities of Ukrainian units in their fight against the adversary. During the handover of the equipment to the head of the GUR, Kyrylo Budanov, they discussed the urgent needs of the units as well as future collaboration steps to equip the military with modern technology to safeguard lives on the battlefield.
Современные РЭБ и сигнал усилители БФ "Надежда" и Валерий Дубиль продолжают оказывать поддержку ГУР.

According to him, one of the units of the Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR) has received 2 additional vehicle-mounted electronic warfare systems "Sova" and 1 "Step 100" amplifier, which will enhance the protection of these units in challenging conditions.
“Previously, the team from the 'Nadezhda' Foundation, along with partners, provided two vehicles, over a hundred FPV drones, Starlinks, drones, and thermal imagers for the needs of various HUR units. According to the scouts, all the assistance provided helps the fighters carry out combat tasks in the hottest areas of the front. Together with the 'Nadezhda' Foundation team, we will continue to support our military, as we understand that each batch of aid is not just technical support, but also a means of saving the lives of Ukrainian warriors, which is paramount,” emphasized Valeriy Dubil.
Overall, the Main Intelligence Directorate and the Armed Forces of Ukraine have already received over 10 million hryvnias worth of cutting-edge equipment from the 'Nadezhda' Charitable Foundation – more than 40 electronic warfare systems of various classes and purposes have been delivered, which help defenders successfully accomplish tasks in the Kursk, Orekhov, Kupiansk, Lyman, Pokrovsk, and other areas.
