She recommends seeking resources for these expenditures in three areas: eliminating the financial pyramid between the National Bank, commercial banks, and the budget, which would save 133 billion UAH in the budget. The second source is to include three billion euros in revenue from the enemy's frozen assets in the EU – the Russian Federation (approximately 135 billion UAH) – and to bring to light the income from the tobacco industry, alcohol production, petroleum trade, and gambling businesses.
