In Dnipro, a man jumped from a military recruitment vehicle with a severe head injury; the enlistment office's response is under scrutiny.

A video has surfaced online showing a man with a bloodied head jumping out of a military recruitment center vehicle. He sustained cuts while attempting to break a window.

This was reported by RBK-Ukraine, citing the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Recruitment and Social Support Center on Facebook.

The recruitment center noted that on December 9, National Police officers detained the man for violating military registration rules. Following this, he was taken along with military personnel to draft a report on the administrative offense.

According to the regional military enlistment office, the man exhibited clear signs of alcohol intoxication. When he learned that he could face penalties for violating military registration rules, he attempted to break the doors and leap out while the vehicle was in motion.

"Since this individual was unable to open the door, he broke the car window and began to climb out onto the roadway while in motion. Due to his irrational actions, this individual sustained multiple cuts from the glass to his head, arms, and clothing," the recruitment center clarified.

The man is currently wanted.

By the way, earlier a video emerged online showing recruitment center employees near Kyiv attempting to 'smoke out' a man from a vehicle using a gas canister.

In light of this, the Ministry of Defense has initiated an investigation.
