On the night of October 30, Russian forces launched yet another drone attack on Kyiv. An explosion was heard in the Solomianskyi district, and fires were reported. Assistance is being provided to the victims. This was announced by the mayor of the capital, Vitali Klitschko, as reported by UNN.
