A brawl broke out in downtown Kyiv: here’s what we know (photos included).

Police apprehended young individuals in Kyiv on January 8. They engaged in a fight in the center of the capital.

This information was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing Kyiv police.

"A report regarding a fight involving two men occurring on the street in the Pechersk district was received by the police this evening (January 8, - ed)", the statement reads.

Immediately, a patrol police crew and an investigative-operational group from the district police department were dispatched to the scene.

"As a result, the police detained both participants of the incident at the scene," the police noted.

Upon investigation, law enforcement discovered that one of the men was in possession of a pneumatic gun.

"Currently, the police are continuing their work at the scene, and all circumstances of the conflict are being established," the agency added.

It was reported that on the night of November 23, a fatal shooting occurred at a capital hotel. Kyiv police initiated a criminal investigation.

Additionally, on September 17, there were reports of gunfire in Sofiivska Borshchahivka in Kyiv. The police stated they received information about a fight involving a group of individuals near one of the restaurants.
