In the village of Dymir, Kyiv region, a confrontation occurred between military personnel of the TCK and relatives of an "evader." Following this incident, a criminal case was initiated.
This was reported by RBK-Ukraine, citing the Kyiv Regional TCK and SP on Facebook.
As explained by the military enlistment office, a notification group from the Vyshhorod District TCK discovered an individual who was wanted. The individual agreed to voluntarily go to the TCK for a medical examination, but first, he needed to visit his workplace.
At the workplace of the "evader" in the village of Dymir, three people were waiting for the military personnel. They began filming and accused the soldiers of unlawfully depriving the individual of his freedom.
"As a result of the conflict, one of the unknown individuals opened the driver's door of the vehicle and struck the driver several times, after which the driver pushed him away. Meanwhile, from the passenger side of the vehicle, another person was hitting and damaged the military's jacket," the TCK's message stated.
It was clarified that after this incident, when the vehicle started to move, one person threw a stone at the driver's side window. At that moment, a second person, not reacting to the vehicle's movement, was holding onto the soldier's clothing and fell.
A service check is being conducted regarding the confrontation, and all circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
"Additionally, regarding the infliction of bodily harm to a TCK SP employee, the police initiated criminal proceedings under part 1 of Article 125 of the Criminal Code. Furthermore, a report of damage to the service vehicle of TCK SP employees has been registered for unified accounting of statements and reports of committed criminal offenses and other events by the Vyshhorod Police Department," the regional TCK added.
It is worth noting that the confrontation between the military personnel of the TCK and a group of individuals became known yesterday. The Dymir Village Council sent a request to the Vyshhorod District Police Department to investigate the actions of the military personnel.
At the same time, today MP Olga Vasylevska-Smaglyuk reported that the military personnel were attacked by the relatives of the "evader," who was being transported in the vehicle.
