In the Vinnytsia region, the head of a local enterprise died due to an explosion, according to police details.

In Kryzhopol, Vinnytsia region, an explosion occurred in the office of the head of one of the enterprises. As a result of the incident, there are fatalities.

This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the police of the Vinnytsia region on Facebook.

According to law enforcement, the explosion took place on December 31 around 12:00 when a former employee of one of the enterprises entered the manager's office.

"As a result, both men died at the scene. As of 13:30, there is also information about another man who died while receiving medical assistance," the police clarified.

Additionally, the police noted that another victim sustained injuries and was hospitalized.

At the scene, an investigative operational group from the police, explosives experts, and criminologists are working.

As stated by the police, investigators have initiated a pre-trial investigation into criminal proceedings under part 2 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (intentional murder).

Recall that on December 14, an explosion occurred in one of the central districts of Dnipro. Media reported on the detonation of a vehicle.

Later, sources from RBK-Ukraine clarified that it was a terrorist act, resulting in the death of a military officer.

Also, at the end of October, unknown individuals blew up the car of the chief of combat training of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The man was hospitalized.
