In the Vinnytsia region, a serviceman from the TCK and SP assaulted a man. He has been declared a suspect.

This was reported by RBK-Ukraine with reference to the press service of the Specialized Prosecutor's Office in the defense sector of the Southern region.

According to the investigation, on December 23, a 52-year-old soldier, while on the premises of one of the district territorial centers for recruitment and social support in Vinnytsia region, inflicted medium bodily harm on a younger man during a verbal altercation and scuffle.

The prosecutor's office notes that the victim is currently under medical supervision, and there is no threat to his life or health.

The serviceman from the TCK has been declared a suspect for causing intentional medium bodily harm (Part 1 of Article 122 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). A petition has been submitted to the court to impose a preventive measure on the suspect.

For his actions, the suspect faces imprisonment for up to three years.

Scandals Involving TCK

Recall that recently, a video circulated on social media showing a group of people in military uniforms attempting to open a car parked on the roadside. One of the men allegedly sprayed pepper spray into the vehicle.

The incident occurred in Vyshhorod, Kyiv region. The police have initiated an internal investigation. Later, the TCK provided their version of the events.

Recently, in the Vinnytsia region, a conscript attacked a sergeant with a knife. This happened at the Gaisin district TCK office.

In Odesa, a man practically "dragged" a TCK serviceman on the car doors, resulting in the serviceman sustaining a concussion.
