Meanwhile, officials believe that the cause of the accident may have been a landing gear failure, possibly due to a bird strike. An investigation has begun at the scene to determine the exact cause.

Recall that a few days ago, on the morning of December 25, a passenger Embraer aircraft crashed in the west of Kazakhstan near Aktau. It was en route from Baku to Grozny.

It is known that as a result of the incident, 38 people lost their lives, while 29 survived. There is no reliable information regarding the cause of the plane's fall. Media reports suggest two key theories - a bird strike and an attack by a Russian surface-to-air missile system.
