In Zaporizhzhia, six people have died as a result of a morning attack from the Russian Federation. Meanwhile, the number of injured has risen to nine.
This was stated by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, as reported by RBK-Ukraine referencing his message on Telegram.
"Six people have died and nine are wounded. A fire broke out at the impact site - these are the preliminary consequences of the enemy attack on Zaporizhzhia," he said.
Fedorov also added that the injured are currently receiving all necessary assistance.

In October, there were media reports indicating that Russian troops might be preparing for a large-scale offensive aimed at capturing Zaporizhzhia. The occupiers have also intensified airstrikes on the city, using guided aerial bombs.
Recently, it became known that Russian troops have taken control of the village of Levadne in the Zaporizhzhia region, and the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed their advance in this direction.
Military officials are warning of a potential threat on the southern front. Several sources in military and political circles, with whom RBK-Ukraine spoke, expressed concern about possible offensive actions by the occupiers in the Zaporizhzhia region.
