Escalation in the Middle East

It should be noted that over the past month, Iran and Israel have exchanged significant strikes. On October 1, Iran launched approximately 200 ballistic missiles at Israeli territory. Tehran claimed this was retaliation for the deaths of leaders of the Hezbollah and Hamas groups.

Israel successfully intercepted the Iranian attack, which had minor consequences.

The Israel Defense Forces struck Iran on the night of October 27. The IDF asserts that 20 sites were targeted, all of which were military facilities.

Iran has already threatened that it may respond to the Israeli attack. Tehran claims that the consequences of the bombardment were minimal. However, according to Axios, the Israeli strike paralyzed ballistic missile production in Iran.
