Damages have been determined based on the failure of the Specialized Communal Enterprise "Kyiv Crematorium" to comply with the conditions stipulated in the emissions permit for pollutants from stationary sources, specifically due to inadequate implementation of planned measures to reduce emissions and the failure to meet the established permissible emission limits since January 1, 2010.
