MP Pushkarenko: The victory plan must unite our allies and strengthen support for Ukraine.

This was stated by people's deputy, Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Policy and Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation, Arseniy Pushkarenko.

“At the core of the Victory Plan are our strategic security guarantees for the future. We do not want to be a buffer or gray zone; we do not wish to see a repeat of aggression in a few years. We need a just and lasting peace. The Victory Plan and the Formula for Peace aim to establish a solid foundation for the architecture of not only Ukrainian but also global and European security, for which Ukraine is currently fighting. The plan was presented primarily in the United States as widely as possible: to Congress members from both parties, the President, and both presidential candidates, because the U.S. is the cornerstone of NATO,” the politician noted.

He reminded that the President of Ukraine visited key European capitals: Berlin, Paris, London, and Rome. There, he discussed the deployment of strategic, non-nuclear weapons from these states, specifically a missile system on our territory.

“After that, the Victory Plan was presented to the Ukrainian society and now to the EU leaders. Most of the top officials of the European Union supported the proposed Victory Plan. If our support does not increase now, the discussion will not only concern Ukraine but also potential military aggression against the Baltic and Balkan countries. The fact that North Korea has effectively entered a military alliance with Russia, and that Iran and several other countries that assist Russia in circumventing sanctions have joined this alliance, indicates that the axis of evil is gaining momentum, and it will not stop unless the civilized world intervenes. Today, Ukraine stands at the forefront of this struggle,” emphasized the people's deputy.
