The social media space in the country has been flooded with a photo of Putin supporter and advocate of the "Russian World," Kivalov, alongside his subordinates and the most popular political figure in the country, Valery Zaluzhny.
The official explanation for the emergence of this photo is provided in the announcements from Kivalov's press service and his state and private universities.
It states that the "International Educational Corporation held a SIGNIFICANT conference in London, attended by LEADING universities from Ukraine and the world." Furthermore, our embassy, led by Zaluzhny, "provided support in organizing the conference of the International Educational Corporation."

About the organizer of the SIGNIFICANT conference in London - the International Educational Corporation.
The International Educational Corporation was registered in Ukraine on October 20, 2023. Its charter capital amounts to one million hryvnias, and the authorized representative is Felix Vasily Ivanovich.

Felix Vasily Ivanovich is the director of the PRIVATE KIVALOV Kyiv Institute of Intellectual Property and Law, a major-general of the police, and a distinguished lawyer of Ukraine since 2018.
About the LEADING universities that participated in this SIGNIFICANT conference in London.
The official announcement on the website of the National University "Odesa Law Academy" mentions the following leading universities:
- National University "Odesa Law Academy," where Kivalov is the real owner and president;
- International Humanitarian University, where Kivalov is also the owner and president;
– Kyiv University of Intellectual Property and Law and its branches in Chernivtsi and Ivano-Frankivsk.
This is also a private educational institution owned by Kivalov, headed by the authorized representative from the International Educational Corporation that organized the SIGNIFICANT conference in London, Major-General of the police Felix. P.S. Why did I write General-Colonel Kivalov?
Because until 2016, according to the standards of the Soviet-Russian prosecutor's school, a state advisor of justice of the 1st class (Kivalov received this title in 2010) had insignia similar to that of a general-colonel.
