The most high-profile violations of environmental legislation requirements:
Kyiv Region
The inspection of the Capital District calculated losses and filed a claim against an individual entrepreneur for 1 million 73 thousand 669 UAH for violating industrial fishing rules at the Kaniv Reservoir near the city of Pereyaslav in the Boryspil District.
Kirovohrad Region
The inspection of the Dnipro District calculated losses of 1 million 92 thousand 236 UAH for illegal logging (without special permission for the use of forest resources (logging ticket), without limits and permits for special use of natural resources within the territory and object of the natural reserve fund – local significance landscape reserve "Public"). The criminal offense has been sent to the Prosecutor's Office No. 2 (Kropyvnytskyi) of the Kirovohrad Regional Police Department.
Odessa Region
The inspection of the Southwestern District calculated losses of 1 million 626 thousand 76 UAH for pollution and littering of a land plot with household waste, beyond the village of Kreimidovka in the territory of the Dobroslav settlement council of the Odessa district. The materials have been forwarded to Police Department No. 3 of the Odessa Regional Police No. 2 of the National Police of Ukraine in Odessa Region.
