The Russian army struck FPV drones at rescuers delivering water to Konstantinovka on Monday, February 17. When the evacuation team arrived, a second strike was carried out.

This was reported by RBK-Ukraine citing the press service of the State Emergency Service and the head of the Donetsk regional military administration, Vadim Filashkin.

The State Emergency Service noted that the enemy specifically targeted the driver. As a result of the strike, two rescuers were injured and taken to the hospital.

"Currently, the condition of the injured is assessed as moderate. The water tanker was damaged," the report stated.

Later, Filashkin clarified that the enemy attacked Konstantinovka twice with FPV drones. The first strike hit the water tanker, and the second targeted the evacuation team that arrived to assist the two injured rescuers.

"As a result of the second strike, three more individuals were injured: two police officers and the head of the local military administration," he wrote.

It is worth reminding that recently the Russian army attacked a truck with a drone in the Dnipropetrovsk region. As a result of the enemy aggression, one person was killed at that time.

Earlier, in the Dnipropetrovsk region, Russia attacked rescuers with kamikaze drones while they were extinguishing a fire.
