The passenger of the BMW car, which was involved in a fatal accident in Dnipro, was allegedly seen behind the wheel of a vehicle. The police reminded that he is supposed to be under house arrest.

Today, a video began circulating on social media featuring the alleged 17-year-old passenger of the BMW involved in the fatal accident in Dnipro on December 1.
In the video, a young man is seen driving an unknown vehicle. In the comments under the video, social media users noted that the young man should be under house arrest.
The police denied the information that the alleged 17-year-old passenger of the BMW is driving around the city. They reminded that, by court decision, the individual involved in the criminal case is subject to a measure of restraint in the form of round-the-clock house arrest.
"The suspect is prohibited from leaving the residence at any time of day. The police are monitoring compliance with this measure. At the same time, the minor is not prohibited from using the Internet, including social media," the police stated.
Earlier, we reported that on December 1 at 19:45, a fatal accident occurred in the area of Naberezhna Zavodska Street in Dnipro. According to preliminary data, the driver of the BMW was unable to avoid a collision with a Ford vehicle that was maneuvering to turn around at the "Detsky Kombinat" stop.
Subsequently, it became known that the Dnipro police announced suspicion against the 19-year-old driver of the BMW, who caused the fatal accident on December 1.
