Specialists have reconnected all residents of Mykolaiv to heating. They had lost heat supply due to a recent attack by the Russian Federation.
According to RBK-Ukraine, this was reported by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, Vitaliy Kim, during a national telemarathon.
"In Mykolaiv, all subscribers who were left without heat due to yesterday's shelling have already been restored. Currently, the temperature in the system has not yet reached the optimal level, but it will normalize within a day," - said Kim.
Kim specified that the repair work started from the very first minute after the shelling; all services came together and did everything properly.
"There were two forecasts. According to the pessimistic forecast, it was supposed to take 3-4 days, but we managed to do it according to the optimistic one - everything was restored overnight. Now everything is functioning, everything is fine, everyone did well," - he noted.
It is worth reminding that on the night of February 16, the Russians attacked Mykolaiv with drones. Explosions were heard around midnight in the city. It later became known that a Russian drone targeted a critical infrastructure facility. A fire broke out there, which firefighters promptly extinguished.
As a result of the drone strike, a man born in 1960 was injured and hospitalized. Additionally, part of Mykolaiv was left without heat due to the occupiers' attack.
In a separate piece, RBK-Ukraine has gathered all the information available about the enemy strike on Mykolaiv.
