As a result of the Russian strike, a private clinic building was damaged, where doctors and patients were present. Additionally, windows and roofs of apartment buildings were damaged. Partial destruction also occurred at a school and an extracurricular institution.
"Rescue teams, utility services, and medical personnel continue their work. It will take another 5-7 hours to clear the rubble," Fedorov reported.
Nearly 50 emergency service rescuers, communal rescue service personnel, as well as police units and paramedics are on-site.
Today, around 3:00 PM, the Russian army launched a strike on the city of Zaporizhzhia. According to the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, the Russians hit a private hospital – it has been destroyed. Nearby buildings have also sustained damage.
He later clarified that three people died as a result of the enemy strike. However, Fedorov later specified that doctors were able to resuscitate one of the victims, who had been declared dead during the search operation.
