In the Lviv region, two unidentified individuals attacked a military officer from the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCRC) who was escorting conscripts to a medical commission. One of the conscripts managed to escape.

Today, February 17, in the town of Zhovkva in the Lviv region, two unknown assailants attacked an employee of the Lviv RTC and SP. The attack occurred while he was escorting two conscripts to the KNP "Zhovkva Hospital" for a military medical commission.
The attackers inflicted cut wounds on the military officer with an unknown sharp object. Preliminary information suggests that the motive behind the attack may have been an attempt to facilitate the escape of one of the conscripts. As a result of the incident, the man fled and is currently wanted.
A criminal case has been opened regarding the attack under Article 125 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. An internal investigation is also ongoing at the Lviv RTC and SP.
Law enforcement officials urge citizens of conscription age to abide by the law and avoid engaging in criminal activities.
"Avoiding military duty not only violates the law—it places you alongside those who work for the enemy. Update your records in a timely manner," emphasized the Lviv Regional TCRC and SP.
We remind you that in one of the districts of the Rivne region, a group of men of conscription age attacked military personnel from the TCRC. The assailants are being sought by law enforcement.
According to the TCRC, the incident occurred during the performance of the military's official duties. The attackers inflicted bodily harm and damaged military equipment.
Police units promptly arrived at the scene. There is no threat to the lives of the injured.
