As reported by RBK-Ukraine, this was stated by President Volodymyr Zelensky in his Telegram.
Zelensky clarified that a rescue operation is currently underway in Zaporizhzhia. It is already known that three people have died and at least 14 have been injured. All necessary assistance is being provided.
"An office building has been destroyed, a medical center has been damaged, and the typical urban infrastructure has been impacted. There may be people trapped under the rubble. Maximum efforts are being made for rescue, and all services are involved," Zelensky wrote.
The president stated that every such strike proves the necessity of increasing air defense capabilities in Ukraine. According to him, the world has enough systems to achieve this.
"We have forwarded all requests for air defense to our partners: both for Patriot and other systems that could be effective in protecting lives. The only issue is political decisions. This is a decision for the American administration, a decision for leaders in Europe, a decision for other partners around the world. Decisions that can save thousands of lives and render Russian terror meaningless," he emphasized.

Fedorov clarified, that doctors were able to resuscitate one of the victims who had been declared dead during the search operation. Thus, the number of fatalities has been reduced to two.

Today, in the afternoon, the Russian army struck the city of Zaporizhzhia. According to the head of the Zaporizhzhia OVA, Ivan Fedorov, the Russians hit a private hospital – it has been destroyed. Nearby buildings have also been damaged.
He later specified that as a result of the enemy strike, three people have died.
